I. Radiation Principle
When the working temperature of the furnace is 900 C, radiation is the main heat transfer factor (more than 90%). After using this product, the radiation rate of the furnace body rises from 0.35 to 0.88 at high temperature, the heat absorbed on the surface of the furnace body increases greatly, and the radiation rate of the coating itself is 97% at high temperature, so that the temperature of the furnace body increases significantly. Coatings contain strong radiation materials which radiate far-infrared wave with strong penetrating force at high temperature, which makes the absorbed wave of heated object molecule produce energy level transition, absorbs energy uniformly, reduces heating time and fully saves energy.
