Ceramic fiber blanket is also called aluminium silicate fiber blanket. Nano-ceramic fiber board is called ceramic fiber blanket because one of its main components is alumina, and alumina is the main component of porcelain. Ceramic fibre blanket is mainly divided into ceramic fibre injection blanket and ceramic fibre thrusting blanket. Ceramic fibre thrusting blanket is superior to ceramic fibre injection blanket in thermal insulation performance because of its long fibre and low thermal conductivity. Ceramic fibre silk-throwing blanket is widely used in most heat preservation pipeline construction.

The manufacturability and stability of ceramic fiber blankets:

(1) The color is white and the size is regular.

(2) It does not contain any binder.

(3) It integrates fire resistance, heat insulation and heat preservation.

(4) Temperature resistance is 950-1400 C.

(5) It can maintain good tensile strength, toughness and fiber structure in neutral and oxidizing atmosphere for a long time.
